Google Calendar

Project Setter AI uses your primary Google Calendar to check when you are free, add the appointments your agents book, and show you your schedule on the Appointments screen. You stop our access from your Google account.

  • Remove your agents' bookings first (optional). In the app, open Appointments, click Remove agent bookings and confirm. This deletes every appointment Project Setter's agents booked in your calendar, including ones from test calls. Events you created yourself are not touched. Once our access is removed we can no longer do this for you, but you can still delete those events yourself in Google Calendar.
  • Stop our access. Follow the steps in Remove access in your Google account. From then on we cannot read or change your calendar, and your agents can no longer check it or book into it.

Appointments already in your calendar stay there unless you remove them, because they are your events.

Gmail

If your workspace connected a Gmail mailbox for Speed to Lead, Project Setter AI can only send email from it. It cannot read, search, change or delete your mail.

  • Disconnect it in the app. A workspace admin opens Speed to Lead → Setup (or Settings) and clicks Disconnect. We delete the mailbox's access tokens and address immediately and stop sending from it. Speed to Lead emails then go out from our shared sender until you connect another mailbox.
  • Then remove access in Google. Disconnecting in the app does not withdraw the permission inside your Google account. To do that, follow Remove access in your Google account in the Google account that owns the mailbox.

Emails we already sent stay in the mailbox's Sent folder, and copies stay on each lead's timeline in Project Setter. Our emails list a Project Setter reply address next to yours; replies leads send to it do not come through your Gmail account, so disconnecting does not affect them.

Remove access in your Google account

  • Sign in to the Google account you connected and open myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Select Project Setter AI.
  • Choose to delete your connections with Project Setter AI (some versions of the page call this Remove access) and confirm.

This withdraws every permission that Google account gave Project Setter AI, calendar and Gmail alike. If you connected Gmail from a different Google account, such as a shared office@ inbox, repeat these steps in that account. Your Project Setter account stays; if you sign in with Google again later, Google may ask for your permission again.

Your data in Project Setter

We do not keep copies of your calendar events, and we do not read your Gmail. We do keep a record of what our agents did for you:

  • Calls: on the Conversations screen, Export downloads every stored call as a JSON file (Settings → Call data has the same export). Open a call and click Delete call to remove its record, including the open times and booking details it holds. Deleting a call does not remove its appointment from your calendar or the recording kept by our voice provider; ask us if you want those deleted too.
  • Appointments and reminders: for each appointment an agent booked, its calendar event ID, start time, time zone, the customer's phone number and the confirmation and reminder texts we sent.
  • Speed to Lead: each lead's timeline, with the texts and emails we sent (including Gmail's message and thread IDs for emails sent through Gmail), replies the lead sent to our reply address, and suggested answers.

To delete appointment records, reminder texts or lead timelines, ask us as described below.

Ask us to delete your data

Email brian@projectsetter.com from the address on your account and tell us what to delete: for example all Google user data we hold, your Speed to Lead records, or your whole account. We will delete it within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. Deleted data can remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before it is overwritten.

How we use Google data, and which providers receive it, is explained in the Google user data section of our Privacy Policy.
